Hospital Visitation Rules
- Visitation hours: 7:00 AM – 9:00 PM daily
- Maximum 2 visitors at a time per person at the bedside
- Visitors must be 12 years or older
- Masks are required in all inpatient areas
- Do not visit if you have fever, cough, sore throat, or other symptoms
- One overnight visitor (9 PM – 7 AM) in private rooms only

Entry Procedure
- Main entrance on Pondfield Road West — check in at the front desk
- You'll receive a hospital-issued security pass — display it at all times
- Perform hand hygiene upon arrival
- Masks required in all inpatient areas when in close contact
- Visitors must be 12 years or older

Courtyard Café: Mon–Fri 7am–6:30pm, Sat–Sun 11:30am–2:30pm & 3:30pm–6:30pm
The Kiosk: Mon–Fri 7:30am–7pm
